Bulgarian Split Squat Good For You?
They say these Bulgarian split squats are good for you. They say it makes you stronger. That’s why I am doin’ it. They say it helps with your balance. And they say it’s good for your joints, too. I don’t know about all that, but I do know it makes me feel like I’ve done somethin’ good for myself. It is really difficult. It’s a good kind of tired, you know? Like you’ve really worked hard.
So, if you’re thinkin’ about tryin’ these Bulgarian split squats, I say go for it. Just be careful. Start slow. Maybe hold onto somethin’ at first, until you get your balance. And don’t push yourself too hard, especially if you’re just startin’ out. Listen to your body. If it hurts, stop. There’s no shame in takin’ a break.
